Japanese Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 cup long grain rice, cooked
- 4 pork chops, sliced thinly
- 3 eggs, scrambled and cut into pieces
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the wok and add in the oil. Add in the pork chops then fry them quickly. Remove the pork and set aside.
2. Add in the peas and carrots then saute them until tender.
3. In a mixing bowl, add in the melted margarine and diced garlic.
4. Add the cooked rice into the wok then pour the melted margarine mixture into the cooked rice. Combine and mix thoroughly.
5. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the rice. Combine and mix well.
6. Best served when hot.
