Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Instructions:


1. Heat the wok over medium heat and add in 1/2 tablespoon of oil.


2. Add in the eggs and let it cook without stirring until set.


3. Invert the skillet over baking sheet to remove the cooked eggs then cut them into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch strips.


4. Heat the wok again over medium high haet and add in the remaining oil. Add in the mushrooms, ham, green onions then saute them for 3 minutes until the onions and mushrooms are tender.


5. Add in the cooked rice, egg strips and the soy sauce. Combine, stir well and toss lightly until heated thoroughly.


6. Serve and enjoy!
